The Brangus Society of South Africa
In South Africa the oldest stud is that of Mr Raymond Green of Ladysmith, Natal. He started breeding Brangus in the Republic of South Africa in 1963. The first Brangus Club was established in 1976 in order to gain recognition for the breed.
Asociacion Argentina de Brangus
The Association Argentina de Brangus has 310 members and 153 active breeders in 11 provinces that annually register an average of 14000 cattle.
International Red Brangus Breeders Association
The Red Brangus is one of the fastest growing breeds in the tropical and subtropical regions of the world including Africa and Australia.
Australian Brangus Cattle Association
The Brangus breed has been developed as a stabilised breed in Australia with commercially orientated breeding programs going back to the early 1950’s.
