Sale of Working Collies at Hammerlands

Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers Mart held their Spring Sale of 68 working collies and pups at The Hammerlands Centre, Moffat on Saturday 13th March 2010.

Craig, the 2 ½ year old Tricolor Dog which sold to 2100 gns from S Long, Carrick Magrath.

A Large turnout of buyers from throughout the UK were in attendance on a dry cold windy morning.

Trade was brisk, dogs which handled the tricky North Country Cheviot Hoggs very keenly sought,
