'Nutrition, health and pleasure' was the theme of Sirest Ideas,
France's premier catering show, in Paris last week (30 March to 2nd
            April).

St George branded beef from English farms, cooked and sampled on
specialised suppliers stands, scored top marks on all three counts.
Show President and leading international chef, Joel Robuchon tasted
it and declared: "This beef is excellent and exactly the quality
we are looking for in our two restaurants in London." Eric Bouchenoire,
who manages 12 restaurants for Robuchon around the world was also
very impressed with the tenderness and flavour of St George beef.
